Terms of service

Terms governing this website, Nakea Consulting software products and professional services.

Effective August 26, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply to nakeadigital.com and, together with an applicable order form, statement of work or product agreement, govern products and services provided by Nakea Consulting LLC. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customers are responsible for authorized account activity, accurate information and protecting credentials. Users may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, violate law or use the services to infringe another person’s rights.

Subscriptions and payment

GrantsPost and 4WayImpact Complete subscriptions purchased through Paddle are sold and billed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle collects subscription charges, processes payment and handles applicable transaction taxes. The subscription price, billing frequency, included features and renewal terms are shown in the applicable quote or order form and at checkout before payment.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern the purchase transaction. Nakea Consulting licenses and provides the software product and related product support. Subscriptions renew for the stated billing period until cancelled. Cancellation applies to future renewals and does not produce a prorated refund except where required by law or Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund policy. Past-due accounts may be suspended after notice. Additional details appear in our Cancellation and refund policy.

Custom development

Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, acceptance, ownership and payment milestones for custom development are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Changes may affect timing and fees and must be agreed upon through the process stated in that document. Cancellation requests are handled case by case based on the written agreement, work completed, reserved capacity, expenses and amounts paid. Custom development, implementation, integration, fractional CTO and other professional services are contracted and invoiced separately by Nakea Consulting LLC and are not sold or billed through Paddle.

Intellectual property

Nakea Consulting LLC retains ownership of its SaaS products, software, designs, documentation, methods and pre-existing materials. Customers retain ownership of their submitted content and data. Rights to custom deliverables are determined by the applicable written agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Products may evolve over time. We may make changes needed for security, compliance, usability or product improvement while honoring material commitments in applicable agreements.

Disclaimers and limitation

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Nakea Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Additional warranty and liability terms may appear in the applicable customer agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to the applicable order form or statement of work. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or nonpayment, subject to any required notice and cure period.

Customer support

Product, account and billing support is available through our support page. Unless a signed agreement includes a specific service level, response and resolution times are not guaranteed.

Governing law and contact

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to support@nakeadigital.com.
