GrantsPost and 4WayImpact Complete use sales-assisted subscription pricing during commercial launch. Every buyer receives the complete price, billing period, included features and renewal terms before checkout.
GrantsPost
Billing model: Annual B2B SaaS subscription with custom pricing based on district or organization size and the selected subscription tier.
The subscription includes access to the GrantsPost platform, maintenance, product updates, standard onboarding and product support. A written quote and order form disclose the complete annual subscription price, included features, billing date and renewal terms before purchase.
4WayImpact Complete
Billing model: Monthly or annual B2B SaaS subscription with launch pricing confirmed in writing before purchase.
The subscription includes access to the 4WayImpact Complete platform, maintenance, product updates and standard product support. The applicable quote and checkout disclose the complete subscription price, billing frequency, included features and renewal terms before payment is authorized.
Payment processing
Paddle is used exclusively for GrantsPost and 4WayImpact Complete subscription transactions and acts as the merchant of record. Paddle processes payment and applicable transaction taxes and provides the buyer’s transaction receipt.
Professional services
Custom development, implementation, integration, data migration, fractional CTO and other project-based consulting services are not included in Paddle transactions. If requested, these services are described in a separate proposal or statement of work and are contracted and invoiced separately by Nakea Consulting LLC.
No subscription purchase is processed until the customer has received and accepted the complete price, billing period, renewal terms and included features.
